Dated 1st December 1840 and posted from Manchester on 28th November informing John Morris & Co, Drapers, Broad Street, Knighton, Radnorshire, that the partnership had moved from Friday Street to a new Warehouse in Parker Street, George Street, ‘fronting the Gardens of the Infirmary’. By then the firm had been in business for nearly thirty years but the partnership was dissolved on 29th June 1841, with Samuel Fletcher continuing at the Warehouse.
